Increase Outbound Answer Rates
For outbound phone calls, Regal has a number of levers to increase your answer rates:
- Spam Remediation - Avoid your outbound calls appearing as "Spam Likely" on your customer's cell phone
- Branded Caller ID & Call Logo Branding - Automatically display your brand name or logo on your customer's cell phone when they receive your call
- Local Presence - Automatically call from an area cost that matches the customer's area code
- Dynamic Phone Number Inventory Management (leveraging our outboundANI integration) - automatically dial from the optimal phone number for each dial based on real-time analytics
Note: for the last 2 options, you'd need to use Regal as the dialer.
