API Details

Looks up the user by Regal user UUID or exact login email. Users can include human or AI agents.
Email path values must be URL-encoded.
Returns the user's skills, teams, custom attributes, and eligible queues.
Skills only include disabled when the skill is saved on the user but inactive for routing.
